The Buccaneers are batshoot crazy.

Probably saw the success of Jim Harbaugh this season and decided, hey, let's hire a college coach. It works now! This Schiano guy is a fiery motivator just like Harbaugh. Let's sign him to a 5-year $6 mill per deal before someone else snatches him up!
