All Access Video?

I don't get it at all. Streaming video is not particularly difficult as long as the internet connection is solid.

After all the years of OAA being horrendous I regrettably subscribed for a full year again. The stream doesn't work for almost the entire 1st half and when it finally does go up it quits every minute or so and is essentially unwatchable. Not to mention the quality of the stream is as poor as any I've ever seen. And this from the school with Newhouse...You can't make this crap up. I wrote them and requested a full refund... I"m not holding my breath.

You guys should have come to the chat room. During the time the OAA video did not work, a bunch of folks who had tv coverage of the game ... provided us with a very good running report on it.

And I sent them 2 emails. We need to let them know when it does not come up. They thought it was working. So the more that inform them the faster it gets up. At first they thought it was only me, and they were telling me to "refresh" the page. Then I told them I was in a chat room with some very big supporters of the program and they did not have it either. That worked.

Looking at the schedule, I think I can tell OAA it's all over for me. Plenty of other opportunities.

I sent 4 emails to them and to their credit they wrote me back and said they were going to credit my credit card for the full 89.99

Sadly, I don't mind paying the money to follow the Syracuse programs because living in Florida, OAA is the only source I have from time to time. But in the end I just can't justify paying for a service that simply does not work and in fact makes me bat shid crazy trying to get it to do so.

Mine finally came up at about 2:20 PM. After that it was sketchy at best. I'm glad I only paid for a month and really only wanted to get these two exhibition games as my regular streaming site should pick up the other few games I don't get on my TV.

Their "on-demand" doesn't even have the full game. It starts at like the 14 minute mark of the first half.
