It wouldn't fully explain it but some of us have been without power since the storm. Got mine back this afternoon but many still without.

Is it possible that the former site was/is bloating the number of article and post views, in the same way it is/always has bloated the number of actual members online at the site? You could log in at 3am and it would show 500 members online. In fact, right this minute it says there are 730 members online. Pretty funny, and pretty disingenuous and misleading.

I know in my case, I am tired of reading about Cuse football. You do great work OE, and love the resources, but this is that week of the year where I just am tired of READING about our team because now it is time to SEE our team. From now until Thursday night, there is little that can be said about our team that we don't already know (unless an insider has some juicy news). Once that first game is in the books there will be plenty to report, but after a month of speculation and prognostication, it's time to line em up and snap the ball.

There really hasn't been any new information about the program in several days. Every thing since has been season preview-prediction crap that isn't very interesting or informative if one has been following along for the past several months.

One issue may be all of the other things tacked at the top of the board right now. Knowing everything that is up there, I tend to immediately scroll down to the conversations whereas before, the "Tuesday Articles" was pretty much the only thing tacked at the top.
