The truth is that they asked two teams to play a game in order to give them their second source so that they could run with the story. They don't even allege that a game will be played; they're acting like it's all true.

The Post Standard has picked up on it too, and they're now running stories about the game.

I'm going to take a wait and see attitude. I don't know if these games exist or not but I guess if we turn on the TV at 5 o'clock and see some players, refs, announcers, and the Onondaga County DA, well then I guess i have to conclude that the game really exists.

My whole attitude towards SU sports will be shaken and will change greatly. After I watch the game at 5 first. And maybe the football game tomorrow too.
