I'd also add that Notre Dame's half court offense is just sooo much better than ours, because they actually run one. Connaughton gets far superior shots than Cooney most of the time (granted, Cooney had a lot of good looks this year he just plain missed), and Cooney has a tendency to take off balance shots, often from deeper than he needs to.
