This league is a hub for those waiting to transfer other leagues. It really doesn't matter where the headquarters are. It's sort of like if you know your company will transfer you in a year or 2, you don't spend the time and money to move to a new house.

Last time I was in Providence I stopped by the Big East office it said on the door"Flush twice it's a long ways to the next school"
