Really convenient argument you've got there, OPA. Snyder's one of those guys you like to point to as one that started slow and that was given time to succeed, so it makes sense you'd call him a great coach, because hey, if we pull the plug on Marrone you can make the case that we gave up on a great coach too early. Calling Kelly a great coach, a guy that succeeded immediately as soon as he was put in charge, would mean you would have to acknowledge that maybe, just maybe his innovation and unique system actually matter. Which is impossible, since you've learned me many times that systems don't matter, talent does.
