Against UConn… it felt like we were playing Ohio State.  Going for it on 4th down like we were never going to win with FGs.  Tennessee took points against us.  Terrible message to defense and kicker.  You can win 3-0.  Get the lead.  Terrible call on 4 th and 2.  The second series, we had a great call… and the WR failed to turn up field.  Set up another 4th down…Needed to kick FG again there and took points off the board.  Afterwards, everything seemed backwards, runs with Nixon, pass plays to Willis.  We won, but it took the defense playing well.

Brown cannot keep taking points off the board.  I think he was going for style points against UConn.  And it almost backfired.  The only stat that matters is wins.  Beating any team with FGs is better than losing.

I will say that Angeli with 700 yards passing does not look bad when it comes to the next transfer QB.  Needs to take better care of the ball.  We pass too much to not have INTs… we need to limit sacks/fumbles.  Team effort, but he needs to do better also.
