Texas ties it. Unbelievable why teams don't foul to prevent a tying 3. Lets see what's more likely, hitting a 3 pointer to tie it, or making 1 free throw, missing the 2nd, getting the offensive rebound, and scoring again to tie it. I'm going with the latter.
