Was listening to Mike and Mike this morning with Bilas on. Between comments on the tourney, he mentions how the college game is broke but gets ignored because the tourney is always so good He had a good comment. He mentions how the international game has a new rule where after an offensive rebound, the shot clock is reset to 14 not 24 as the b all is already in the front court.
sounds interesting. So if the clock gets reduced to 30 seconds, reset to 20 after an offensive rebound.

anything that makes for less mindless passing or standing around is good. i think that would be a great rule even if you dont adjust the shot clock .
