I know our rallying cry this year is "we get no respect", but which of those categories should we have been mentioned in?  I suppose you could make an argument for coach of the half year.  I usually don't a coaching award should ever go to the one that has the most talent, and haven't most of us been asserting we're the deepest (aka most talented) 1 through 10?  Our depth hasn't allowed any one player to shine, so we shouldn't have anyone in any of those categories.  We haven't played a close enough game for any of them to be considered the best.  We can't be a surprise team because we were preseason top 5.  The big east is a little down this year, so for once I agree with us not being the best conference.  Right now, having enough media and coaches respecting us to make us #1 is good enough for me.  If this team continues to stay hungry, play together, and take care of business we'll cut down the nets in march and then we won't care what anyone does or doesn't think or write.
