Losing Epstein has gotta hurt. The Cubs may shortly stop being the standard joke in MLB If I was to be a NL team fan it would have to be the Cubbies. Never for the Mets. Mangement has and will always be a joke in themselves. Trying to compete with the Yankees because they are in NY is ludicrous. Not thinking of the good that would happen if the Yankees were to move their AAA team to Newark the Mets used their veto power to say no,killing a ton of jobs for that vacuum in NJ. Vendors ticket sales etc. But they stopped the big bad Yankees from being even more popular in NJ
