This item is currently being discussed on our board. Basically, it attacks the current scholarship+ structure under anti-trust laws. The O'Bannon case essentially killed the NCAA video games. This case could cause an as big or bigger change on the money structure. The consensus on our board is building that we would not enter the arms race because we simply could not compete against the Bammers and thatOSUs, etc. who would populate that world. I think it would be very hard for the private schools to keep up as well. For those who would like the NCAA to whither away, I'll tell them what my Grandmother used to tell me, "Be careful what you wish for, because sometimes your wish is granted."
