Penn State just picked up another 4* lineman out of New Jersey to. They are killing it right now.

I don't think kids are really that concerned with the things that happened there. I haven't followed the situation that much, but it seems like these kids realize the culture of the program has changed, and they want to be part of a new era at PSU. To me that would seem like a pretty good reason to go there, along with the academics, reputation, and connections.

It can be because he is at Penn State and not a currently irrelevant football school like Syracuse...
