No bowl game would be a disaster. Apathy about this team has set in and the only thing I am beginning to become passionate about involving this football team is the question "Is Marrone our future?".

The defense isnt horrible but it definately isnt good. The offense, oh my goodness, the offense. What kind of offense are we running? Honestly, this might be one of the worst offenses in college football. The QB isnt capable of making throws, the running backs are mediocre at best, the recievers cant get open, and when they do, they cant catch the laser beam fastballs Nassib throws. Our offensive line is made up of girl scouts. Our playcalling is about as exciting as watching paint dry. The plays take forever to come in.

Whether you want to say it begins with HCDM or ends with HCDM, it doesnt matter, its broken, and unfortunately, HCDM is a major part of the problem right now.

I think SU wins one of its next two. 15 days to prepare for Cincy. 8 days to prepare for Pitt. I think the team will get it done.

No confidence in this coaching staff anymore. They have been terrible all year. Cincy is playing for a BCS bowl I can't see SU beating them. Pitt has had our number for almost a decade now. Doesn't look good

I pin my hopes on the fact that when DM has time to prepare for a game, our team does well (Pinstripe, WVU). We will be big underdogs against Cinci; however, I believe this is our best chance to get the 6th win. Is this crazy? Yeah. If we lose the next game, no way we win at Pitt. I hope I am wrong but we will be going into that game with a 4 game losing streak and our team (coaches & players) has not shown the character to turn that around.

We can beat either Cincy or Pittsburgh. But if we come out and run Antwon up the middle on two or three consecutive plays -- regardless of whether we get a first down or not -- the season is over.

There was no way that this year's Syracuse team was going to beat WVU either. This is college football, where upsets happen every week. Hopefully, Cincy comes into the Carrierdome thinking that all they have to do is show up. That will give the Orange a chance to pull an upset, if they team doesn't fall apart in the meantime.

The team has been all over the place this year as far as consistency. If anyone here claims they know how the last two games will play out, they're kidding themselves. I have no clue whether we go 5-7, 6-6, or 7-5. Unfortunately, it looks like this is going to be a season of highs and lows - its frustrating but it is what it is.

True but we had 2 or 3 future NFL players and Marcus Sales on the field that day and unfortunately, none of them have been adequately replaced..
