2 minutes? He didn't turn the ball over and didn't seem to be struggling, did anyone see a reason why he didn't play that much.

I watched my DVR of the game focusing on MCW. I did not see any bad plays nor to my untrained eye did he seem to be out of position. The only thing I can account for was his one missed jump shot which was taken in the flow of the offense. MCW followed up his shot nicely, but had the misfortune to step on the baseline. That was a hustle play that resulted in a turnover. Wouldn't be surprised if JB used that as his reason to pull the frosh. Here's hoping he gets more time on Friday to contribute.

We flowed best last night with Waiters & Triche in the game. MCW is a Rook, his time will come.

Who would you have taken out to play him? He did nothing wrong but who do ya take out?

yea, not so much what triche and waiters did more than what MCW did to not get some more run

He was fine but he's not ready. Lots to learn on defense and he's still getting used to the speed of the college game. Plenty of cupcakes left for him to practice on.

Exactly. In a tight game...and last night was tight for awhile...JB is going to go to his 8 man rotation. No way MCW is part of the 8 men this year.

He is the future. Triche and Dion are playing very well together.

I thought going into the season that Rak would struggle against tougher competition and we'd see the smaller frontcourt. I expect to see more of last night's rotation as we go forward although something about it is still lacking.

...same reason that Scoop did not get back in...which guard would you have taken out...Triche (18 pts, 6 assts, 2 bds, 1 stl) or Waiters (11pts, 4 assts, 3 stl)...it was simply Triche and Waiters played very well in a close game...and you do not make changes under those circumstances

This isn't T-Ball...everyone doesn't have to play.

Same reason Southerland didn't get much run.

Triche and Dion combined for 29 pts, 10 assists, 5 threes, 4 steals, and only 4 turnovers.
Fair and Kjo combined for 32 pts, 20 rebounds, and 6-7 from the line.

No reason to mess with what is working. It's not much more than that, imo.

This is exactly what Coach said a couple weeks ago. Everyone will play. Some nights certain guys may play more or less or not at all. Based on how the game is going, how the opponent matches up, who's playing well, etc. MCW may get 25 min vs Stanford. Who knows. Scoop could be having a great night and Waiters' shot could be off and Scoop winds up playing 30 min. We'll see.

Let's hope MCW gets big minutes tonight, because that will only mean we are up by 20+
