Good 6'11 big man, Ayers is a stud ... they'll come out shooting ... we gotta get an early lead and pound em ... can't let em get out to like a 13-2 lead like we seem to do often

What's with the slow starts, seriously? The first 4-5 times down the court every game we either force a bad three or throw a ridiculous alley 2 feet too high. WTH?

I'm terrified that the dome will run out of beer.

I think part of that slow start is having Melo and Christmas on the floor together. Not that fab can't score but we often choose to not give it to him. Rak is a total liability on offense which means we typically need Scoop, Brandon, or KJO to make a jump shot versus getting into the lane. I can not figure out why Jimmy continues to start Rak when he is only going to get 5 minutes (tops) and then not start the second half.

Yes, I'm terrified about a middling Patriot League team that won't be athletic enough to get inside the zone or stop our offense and isn't a good shooting team. I have a baaaaaaaaaaad feeling about this one and I'm never wrong.

Pretty much zero chance that we lose tonight. I'm in agreement that starting Xmas contributes to the slow starts. Certainly isn't the only thing but it is a contributing factor. It's the one thing I can't understand that Jimmy B continues to do. Heck, we don't even get most of the opening jump balls. Go into the dance with the one you are going to dance with all night not just some red carpet armpiece. It almost seems like there is some double deep top secret agreement to start Rak every game like it was the addendum to the LOI. I say let's get the 23-0 run over and done with first thing after the tip off and then we can get an early start to the leaping chest bumps.

It is to give a highly sought recruit some minutes in the least important time of any game. Point out his problem areas and hopefully by seasons end he may actually be a factor at least defensively.

7-4 team in a conference where Colgate is 5-5? Not so much, but I do think they beat the spread.

Rak has to start. Keep his confidence at least up somewhat. You cant relegate him to the bench and expect him to "spark" the team like CJ can. I look for him to have a good game tonight. 8 pts 8 rebs. Something like that.

I went to a summer camp at Bucknell. Dorms seemed cool to me as a teen. The cafeteria was pretty good. At one time I thought it might be a good place to go to school.

That said, we're going to pound them, and I feel good about it.

Bucknell lost to LaSalle by 26. I think we will be okay.

I'm nervous about being able to find it on tv in lake placid, as for the game - not so much.

IMHO Xmas will have his best game tonight.

I went to a conference there a couple summers ago. Nice campus, although literally in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania. However, there was a golf course owned by the college that was essentially on campus. Got a few rounds in there. Interesting sidenote too: Bucknell's head coach, Dave Paulsen, was the head coach at Le Moyne immediately before the current coach, Steve Evans. Hope he doesn't have any of that Le Moyne magic with him in the Dome tonight!

Otto123, is that you?

I think it will be like most games. Bucknell will make some threes early, then dion will come in and monster dunks will ensue.
