seemed like the colors were all off on the TBS feed as well. Then I switched for a moment to the women's game on ESPN and the colors were perfect.

I think that TBS only broadcasts in SD. I checked their on demand shows and they were in SD. I think this was a complaint last year. How can they have such a national event and only have SD.

You must be mistaken. Of course they broadcast in HD.

I think it was just you didn't see the Dome like you normally see it.

Very muted with all the black around the court and not orange.

Here in Alaska the CBS HD channel always looks like crap. Cuts a quarter off the screen, and is always horrible quality. Every other channel is fine. Drives me nuts

I just checked my Time Warner network. TBS is "SD" on ch 49 and HD on 104. Of course since I have an HD box, all channels come in HD. When I switch from 49 to 104, it is seamless. Now if you go to the on demand channel (1002 in Rochester) then the shows come in SD i.e. "shrunk" down to old style dimensions. So I can't tell if channel 49 is SD or HD. Now if the OP has just a digital box, then there might be a difference who the 2 channels look. Today, he should look to see if his provider has separate channels for SD and HD. I do remember complaints from previous years that at least one of the 4 channels used for the first weekend was not HD.
