It's technically a combo of both, but that's the just the lingo. It's not one or the other, it's both together.

I think that's a pertinent question because I didn't take his comments that way, but I may have misinterpreted.

Also, JB did come out LY in Feb (I believe) in an interview in support of Red and said he did not have enough NIL in 2024-25 and that for 2025-26 it was sorted, and adequate NIL was now available for next season. He suggested Red should be given the benefit of the doubt and given the chance to build a roster with adequate NIL funds (paraphrasing, but that was the gist.)...

Then he came out last week said Red didn't have enough NIL this season, blamed the players for the lackluster performance ,and contradicted himself, of course.
