6-6 all that talent?
6-6 all that talent?
minnesota and rutgers kill me in 2012. way better in yards per play but 4 picksThey and Pitt way under performed in wins vs their production on both sides. Miami combined ranking was 63 for total offense and defense, 13th best this year. SU's was 64, 17th best in 2012. I've said before SU under performed in wins by at least two based on their overall performance that year.
This year of the top 20 teams with the best combined rankings ECU (8), Appalachian St (7), Miami (6), WVU (7), Pitt (6), OU (8) have less than 9 wins. Only six wins based on the statistical performance is really underachieving.
Miami and Pitt are the first teams in three years to have a combined ranking of less than 80 to have less than seven wins.
Only five teams in three seasons have finished with 7 wins, out of 70 teams, that finished with a combined ranking of less than 80.

Jobbed against Cinci.
was that the game Eskridge could've sealed had a sure pick 6 not clanged off his chest?
Yep it was Reddish. He had a great season, and a very very good career for a relatively lightly recruited kid out of NYC. Just imagine if he was able to make the simple catch and run with that Cincinatti pick 6, or when he got caught by the Penn St OT in the season opener last year.GoSU96 said:I think that was Reddish.
I can hate them even when they are not good - as a matter of fact, I enjoy it better!I'd like Miami to get really good again.
I miss hating them.

Agree. He may have very well played his way into the draft and is a good kid to boot. However, I think he was the most heavily recruited kid in that 2011 class. He had an early PSU offer and UVA wanted him pretty badly.
