they all do it- very few are smart enough to find the best guy not the guy i knew before-

the dc is complete and utter trash- its a undisputed fact

the db coach must not even show up because his kids play lost week after week- self taught is my best guess

hcss wanted a great recruiter and sold the oc position for one-eieio

moore is a alum but if he cant recruit and is suspect as a coach- cut him move on

we are a total clusterfudge right now at everything but punting-
team looks more and more great guru like every week and that scares me more than anything

This whole post is bunk. We still have a decent defense vs teams that are not option-voodoo and two really good RB.

HCSS was hired January 8th. He had little time to put together a staff. You must remember that many good coaches are not willing to bet on a first year HC at a school like SU. That reduced the field as well.

We were all newbies in our current and past positions. We will be newbies in our future positions. Part of being new to a position is making mistakes and learning from them. No one is excusing mistakes. We all want better coaching. SOme of us realize teh situation that Gross, Shafer and teh Orange were in and accept that the circumstances were not the best. If HCSS decides to fire someone, then that is his decision. If these guys don't show improvement over time, then I would agree that they need to be fired, but enough time has not passed, only seven games. We are 3-4 and there is no need to be standing on a ledge ready to jump.
