Iowa State is dogfood ... how are they ranked ahead of UT and with the way Texas is playing right now do they even deserve #7?

I don’t like ND but you can’t punish them for their schedule. 2 close losses to good teams. To me they pass the eye test. I think they are easily top 25 and maybe top 15.
