I don't know if those bonus points go on the APR at the time the degree is earned, or if they go back to the time when the kid first left school and only help if that year is still part of the rolling four year calculation.
 
   I did notice that in JB's response to Arne Duncan he did specifically make mention of some of our kids coming back and ultimately getting their degrees.
 
   Anyway here is a reference to the bonus, without any description of how it works.    I haven't had much luck finding a full explanation of the calculation, although I believe I have seen it in the past.
