Here is how I account for it: Recruiting - Light years better than Gerg Play on the Field - Light years better than Gerg (BOTH Offense and Defense) Play calling - Better than Gerg regardless of McD or Lester Attendance - Better Size of the players - Better Players attitudes - Better Respect of the Program - Better RECORD - WAY Better (More wins in 1 year than Gerg had in 4) And so on...
