It looks like Miami fans were behind their bench - with the Syracuse fan section across. Then Indiana fan section is behind the Marquette bench with the Marquette fans across.

So basically the higher seed sits behind their bench and the lower seed across.

IIRC the 2009 Dome regionals had UNC and NC St. behind the benches with Wisconsin and Villanova in the temporary bleacher sections.
