Punter Michael Turk, who went undrafted and unsigned by the NFL after leaving Arizona State, regained his eligibility and will return to the Sun Devils.

Not really sure how he went unsigned. He is a heck of a Punter. He would have been a huge upgrade for the Bills and numerous other teams

The rule was he could back out of the draft as long as he met the deadline. He failed to do so. Too bad. That was the rule. Does the FSU transfer now petition the NCAA to allow him to change his mind? He should, just to show the inconsistency of the NCAA. The ASU punter knew the rule. If he didn’t feel like he had enough opportunity to work out for teams because of Covid, he should have taken his name out of the draft.
