I'm not so sure about any Gait vs March major disagreements, I'm sure there are some just like in any organization there are spirited discussions with plenty of disagreements ... but in my experience and I'm pretty sure in yours, what the head coach says, goes ... or you go. So at the end of the season I guess we'll see if anyone goes.

Anyway, there are some insightful observations and comments about yesterday's game. I love reading them and they really make me think deeper about the game. The statement about "a rebuilding year" was probably me, I've posted that at least twice. It is not intended to imply that our team lacks talent, there is quite a bit of talent and it usually shows up in the second and third quarters. What I mean about "rebuilding" is twofold:
1. Find the replacements for the cumulative 79 goals that we lost from the loss of the three starting attack from last season. Yes, Hiltz is still on the team ... but not on the field. 
2. Find the players that fit Gaits "motion, run and gun or whatever he calls it" offense. The evidence is we still see the 6 on 6 offense sets just like past seasons.

So I'll go out on a limb here ... while there is plenty of talent, I suspect it isn't the right talent and predict that there will be some turnover in order to get the uptempo players Gait is looking for that fits his offense. Suffice it to say that any player or member of the coaching staff that isn't on board, well... you get the idea.
