I thought this article might be of interest to some of you that follow recruiting and are interested in the talent evaluation process. Talks about two guys that are analysts for Hoop Scoop and Gibbons.
Beginning on the second page of the article there is a list of the top 50 area Philadelphia prospects over the years. Big Rick and Rak barely make the list, but no Dion, Hakim or Scoop. Lots of interesting names and lots of names that don't even ring a bell.
