As far as catchers are concerned I would try to trade Cervelli if possible.

Nice kid but his talent doesn't deserve being on the 25 man roster Romine and Montero can do the job behind Martin. Given more at bats Austin can prove his worth offensively before Sanchez makes it up the ladder. Give Jesus a full season of opportunities at the plate. Cutting down his strike outs will be Long's project while adjusting Arod's hitting. I like the base ball off season almost as much as the season which is intolerably long.

I didn't know that thanks. There is a young man that never touched a weight in his life IMO His forearms look like a grammar school kid . Brett Gardner isn't much better but what strength Brett has is effective in his throwing arm and natural speed. I bet a little work gets more drives into the gaps ,however. So unless Cashman has another brain fart Cervelli goes away naturally. Works for me and the team right down the line.
