Lester thought that he could be an absolutely integral part of the team. His talent spoke for itself. If he didn't want to utilize it in the best way for the team, that's on him. That's why you make the college decision you do. You go to the place you feel is the best opportunity and you do whatever you can in your power to excel within that opportunity. If it doesn't work out, there's a mirror in the bathroom that you have to look in.

This could be a multitude of things, there should be no speculation unless more information comes out. Could be academics, could be legal troubles, could be an inability to get with the program.

There is no excuse for not getting with the program. Be a big boy and do everything you can do to excel for yourself and your team. It benefits nobody, yourself included, to not do everything you can to thrive in your given situation.

One thing I can say with relative certainty, there must not have been an effort to do everything to the best of his ability. Otherwise we wouldn't be having this conversation.
