those of you stating its a loss against kstate please do us all favor and worry about something else. could we lose to kstate? yup. will we? lets see what happens. im a realist and i watched us struggle today. unc asheville clearly did their homework in attacking the zone. they used their lack of size to get good positioning and they made tough shots all game. thats something you rarely see a 16 seed do. we missed open shots and failed to feed rak more often than not. asheville was prepared and yet we prevailed. im curious to see the 15 seeds play. asheville was a 15 or 14 that was on the 16 line due to rpi. they played good teams tough and had the crowd with them.

kstate has 48 hours to prep for the zone. they dont have the same quality of guard play as asheville or experience. if they play mtm we should be able to attack the rim. if we cant make shots we will lose... if we limit macgruder and spradling and play better d we can win bu double digits. rak may play better against a bigger team like he did vs uconn.

This calls to mind the epic "How badly do we lose to Michigan State" thread of December 2010 after a couple lackluster games against mid-majors. It's always good to refrain from making dire predictions. That stuff really doesn't serve a purpose.
