OCC is an 11 time champion, they are the best of the best at their level. They also get kids who may struggle with academics, and simply not have the ability academically to make it in d1athletics. I would bet on them beating anyone on any given day in the HS, d3, and d2 ranks. I would also think they could lose on a bad day to the top teams in those categories, for the reasons above. In terms of innate skill and ability, they are right up there.
