For I guess the last handful or so of games since JJ has been out, Red has been noticeably pouting and throwing his hands up when we make a mistake. Even goes as far as plopping himself in his chair and sort of slumping down. He needs to be a leader and keep the young men up, when things aren’t going well. During our comeback, it was the only time I saw him engaged and clapping in forever. All starts at the top.
