Based on last year's figures the future conferences would have avg'd the below. This is slightly biased against the new BE teams as their attendance would likely go up playing in a better conference. That being said I still think they would be below 40k as a conference. Especially since Navy, Boise, and Houston are already at capacity.

SEC 75,537 with avg capacity of 78005 which is 96.8% full
B1G 70,491 - 74987 - 94.0%
B12 57,481 - 59,347 - 96.9%
P12 51,305 - 59,693 - 85.9%
ACC 50,006 - 58,410 - 85.6%
BE 34,565 - 46,590 - 74.2%

With these statistics, you have to keep in mind that Duke's stadium only holds 34,000 and Wake Forest's stadium only holds 31,000. Those weight down the ACC average number. They are members of the conference though, so they do count.

Duke is expanding their stadium to 40k. So is Houston. Boise State is expanding theirs to 50k.
