First, I only clicked on the thread because of the title.

Per the article:
"The ACC is having a down year, with only Duke and maybe Miami being legitimate threats, meaning there will be plenty of opportunities for Syracuse to climb the ladder and work their way up to tournament status."

Actually the ACC having a down year has the exact opposite effect. It lessens our opportunities to climb the tournament ladder.

True...but I think what he is getting at is if Cuse finishes in the ACC top 5 and makes the ACC semifinals or maybe even the quarters they should be a bubble team.
