However, the "Big Boys" did not want to offer him a football scholarship on RGIII's desire to play quarterback. And yes, facilities have done much for Baylor's recruiting.  From the indoor facility where Baylor hosted its pro day yesterday (with EVERY NFL team represented) to its new upcoming outdoor facility, all of this has had positive impact on recruiting.

Syracuse needs an RGIII (perhaps Ashton Broyld?) to get some excitement in the program, to start winning games and to get alumni donating money.  Nothing gets alumni donating more money than a competitive and exciting football team.  Once that happens then we can work on a new indoor facility and gasp even a new football stadium.
