Basketball and Football are different in that college basketball is designed to help the underdog beat the favored team with a 40 minute game vs 48 minute NBA game and 35 second shot clock versus a 24 second shot clock. College Football is all about which team has more talent and if teams have close talent then coaching matters. Talent wins out way more in College Football than College Basketball. In all sports talent matters most in 2 sports NBA and College Football.
