I understand what you are saying Milly -- Baylor is a blast to watch. However, Alsacs made a great point about Baylor's ability to recruit speed and talent on offense. Baylor has some really good players out there too. That offense with RGIII, Josh Gordon, Kendaal Wright, and Terrance Williams was ridiculous. It's not just the system, it's the unreal talent that system has to offer as well. Holgroson's offense at Okie St was great, but he also had electrifying talents like Dez Bryant, Justin Blackmon, Brandon Pettigrew, and Russell Okong to work with. The spread is lethal with speed. I'm a firm believer that speed in college football trumps everything else. A school like Wiscy is averaging almost 8 yards a play and 7 yards a rush on the backs of two fast flying running backs (wish we could have had James White here). I really hope Gmac gets a couple years here. I understand his thoughts about getting the ball to your playmakers in space. We just happen to be a wee bit short in the playmaker department. Good news is he's a good enough recruiter to get them here.
