They are a highly selective school academically and they never give their coaches a break about that. Large reason why Jim O'Brien left way back when. Plus, it's not like they have a fertile recruiting territory. When they have had success in the past, it was because they got some under recruited kids that they hit big on. Skinner was either very good at that or very lucky.
