You aren't going to have a poised and top-level field general next year to lead those late game drives, so now you need to look deeper and say why are they struggling to be prepared for these games. Why are they coming out of bye weeks and losing to inferior talent, why are they letting teams on their 2nd and 3rd string QBs and RBs overperform and push you to the limit week after week. That is the concern. The staff doesn't need to be perfect, but they need to show growth, I dont think ive seen growth from a scheme perspective. Offense has largely been Kyle making plays and defense has been saved by some halftime adjustments but come out with the wrong scheme each and every week. [/QUOTE]
