As to specific teams to play, focus on our recruiting areas, or at least the edges of it.  Also play NYS teams as much as possible to do what we can to increase/generate general football interest in the state.  Can add rare/occasional trips further west as well.  I'd delete UConn and eventually add Rutgers back, but not for a while (maybe in the 2017-2018 timeframe when there are no Meadowlands games).

Premiere/Upper Level BCS (Meadowlands games or 1-1-1 arrangements):  PSU, ND, Ohio State, Michigan, Georgia, Florida

Upper Level BCS (Home & Homes):  TN, Mich. St., WVU, South Carolina

Low-mid level BCS (Home & Homes):  Indiana, Purdue, Vandy, Kentucky, Missouri

Non-BCS (Home & Home or two for ones):  Army, UB, UMass (they're still moving up, right?), Ohio schools, Directional Michigan

1-AA (Home only):  New York State schools only
