Saw it last night. It was not what I had expected, but I enjoyed it very much. It is essentially an autobiographical pic for director Kenneth Branaugh and follows his family from the beginning of “The Troubles” as they experience violence, religious hatred, occupation by British troops and pressures of friends and life. Seen from the perspective of the director as a 9 year old boy.
