He has the Super Bowl rings but he's past his prime.  Every NFL team would take him as a defensive consultant but no one will ever give him a head coaching job.  His ego and sense of his own greatness became too big.  He's a unique guy and can't just take a year off and go back to the 57 year old Bill.
