Spitballing and theorizing now but Didn't look like anything major and the mechanism of injury to be a torn anything like ligament, meniscus, etc., rather Looks like possibly a small hairline left fibular fracture to me based on how he was able to move around no problem post injury (meaning not a ligament injury either).

That'd be my best educated guess based on how it looked like he got hurt and what he was able to do afterward playing with complete reckless abandon.

The only other thing I'd venture a guess as another possibility is a severely bruised common fibular/peroneal nerve around the fibular head and/or deep bone bruise (edit: leaning toward something like this in that jb said its “minor” and a 4 week deal), anyway, That's something you can fight through and it won't shut you down til later.
Either would heal well, If its the fibular fracture that'll heal 100% without issue, problem or sequela.  I know this one well as I played 3 college football games with an undiagnosed hairline fib fracture so you can play with the pain if you're stupid enough like me......
