Mine is filled with SU stuff but enough about me I want to hear about yours.

Is it good enough to win a contest?

The PS has a photo contest going on called, Show us your "man cave"!

The big prize? A pair of tickets to the February 11 contest against UConn.

Heck I might even enter.

Shhhhh!! Don't tell Al Denti about this.

I saw it. I am tempted to take a pic of mine and send it in. I haven't put the finishing touches yet on it so I am hesitant.

I went on an arctic camping trip in Coldfoot Alaska for a weekend. When I came home I found that the wife had turned our spare bedroom into a Syracuse room. I have two Cuse chairs (the round kind), a Cuse clock, 2 jerseys on the wall. A Cuse lacrosse shirt on the wall. An 8 foot long Syracuse banner hanging up, a basketball hoop on the door. Still a work in progress, I wanna get some framed pictures, maybe a fathead or something. I thought she did this so I would have a place to watch games, instead of the living room. Turns out, she just wanted all my clothes and stuff out of the main bedroom closet. win win. Its no where close to being good enough to win the contest, but hopefully I can get some more ideas from the entries

1. the term "man cave' is stupid

2. anyone with such a setup in their dwelling likely either already has Syracuse basketball tickets or at least definitely has the means to purchase them

3. reading the rules there is nothing stopping you from entering with a picture found by doing a 2 second google on 'best man caves'

Dumb contest. If the PS wants to give away UConn tix have anyone who wants them show up at Clinton Square a week before the game, drop their pants, and sit bare ass on the ice. Last one sitting gets the tix.

I can think of a couple of people who would do this...

Try finding one

Completely agree! This was my first thought! My "man cave" is covered in kids Christmas toys = me watching the game on TV as always. :)

I have to agree with the poster a few spots above, this seems like something that will only reward those who already have the means to afford tickets and likely already have them. "Hey, people with money who can afford to dedicate a room to this man cave absurdity, keep your money and take these free tickets that could be going to a huge fan without the means for a completely useless room instead!"

Edit: I say this as someone who wouldn't enter this anyway since I live in Texas, and the closest thing I had to a man cave (my Syracuse room) was converted to a nursery last spring.

rrlbees, I know you have answered this question before, but I did not pay attention because I never had problems with the forum before.

I cannot start a new thread, it is giving me poll options but no space to write a message. What do I do to fix it?

Thanks.

Have you tried clicking on the compatibility button on your browser? There is more discussion on this on the suggestions board.
