I feel fairly confident for Tyler in light of the fact that JB said he is confident that he will be cleared. Still, it's unnerving when dealing with the NCAA on anything since they seem to operate in a universe which has it's own rules and conditions. That coupled with the fact that they seemingly like to cause a stir with our program on the eve of every post season and now it's like they want a piece of the front end of the season as well. I just know I'll feel a lot better when it's official that Tyler R. is cleared. He is a special talent and I'm anxious to see him in Orange.

We had a brief look at this guy back when. Played AAU on the same team as Ennis and Wiggy.

Just to be clear, there is little to no threat of Roberson being ineligible, right?

As for Florida State, yes, a very big loss. He was playing exceptionally in the U19 games. I still think Miller, Bookert, Brandon and Thomas, along with Okaro White and their freakin' giants in the frontcourt will be formidable on a game to game basis, but I don't see them being a Tournament team, or being too much in the picture, at this point. Although they should be decent enough, they will no doubt fall victim to the beast that is the ACC, IMO.

I'm just trying to be honest here... Xavier Rathan Mayes' impact this year would have been minimal. Maybe large for FSU, but if he was leading the team in anything aside from 3 pt attempts.. this team would be CBE MAYBE NIT if they are lucky.
