Bilas said today the the Big 10 is the best. Maybe top to bottom but the BE will have the most top teams.

I would say becouse we have 4 more BB teams than the SEC. Not sure if we play all 12 but that seems like a good reason.

Big Ten looks good this year. OSU is definitely elite (maybe the best right now after their Duke pasting). Illinois looks pretty good too. Wisc will be solid all year long. Indiana looks like they are finally making a bit of a comeback to being a least slightly relative. However, I'd still take the top 4 or 5 from the BE over the Big Ten right now.

The Big Ten is probably better at the bottom than the BE, though.
