Michigan is right to oppose the deal as all members are harmed in the long run as they lose value in one of their biggest sources of sports revenue.  Just my opinion, but UM and USC are the only B1G members willing to live within their means.  Rutgers AD has not had a clue of the meaning of living within their means for several decades, they likely will not learn it soon.

UM and USC should never allow a Rutgers the opportunity to control UM's and USC's futures.  Would any of us take financial advice from someone who cannot manage their own money?  Nor should UM and USC.
