The days when Ithaca was a national power and carried the flag for Upstate New York in small college football seem long ago. I watched the Bombers play for the national title 7 times in 18 years and they won three of them. No area team has really taken their place.

Sad to say we have a long way to go to red out the jug. Having looked at the jug a few times, I was impressed how many years they had won it compared to us.
