Frustration is understandable, and McDermott isn't without some blame here but looking at his tenure and acting like he's some below average coach is kind of crazy as well.  He's done a lot of good for the bills franchise on and off the field.

Personally, I think both Beane and McDermott are going to be around a long time, or as long as they want to keep doing the job. I will believe it when I see it, when the day Pegula actually fires McDermott for making the playoffs every year.

His downfall is not being able to beat a dynasty, a team that is one game away from winning 4 of 5 Super Bowls.
